HOW I WORK
To dispel any uncertainties about the accessibility of online interior design,
here's step-by-step guide of how I work to bring your vision to life.

Fill in and submit the online questionnaire; the more information the better including photos, sketches and measurements!

Once the quote is signed and 70% deposit is received via preferred payment method, I will share Round 1 of your Concept Board for feedback. Estimated turn time for this is 5-7 business days from the time the deposit is received.​

Round 2 of the Concept Board is shared within 2-3 business days of receipt of your complete feedback.​

With the information you provide, I will generate an E-Project quote for your consideration. Some quotes may require a brief introductory phone call, in which case I will reach out to schedule that with you directly.
4.
You provide feedback which can be on the Design Files platform, via email or on a call. Projected timeline for your feedback is within 7 business days from receipt of Round 1.

Final comments are collected within 1-2 days and incorporated into your final E-Project Delivery (specs detailed below)
8.
An invoice for the balance due including any added on time will be shared, payment due upon receipt.
Once payment is received in full, your complete E-Project will be delivered!

Three hours of Direct Virtual Communications (Phone, Video or Email correspondence during the life of your project-valid from submission of questionnaire to 1 month from final delivery date) must be utilized within 1 month of final delivery.

Additional rounds or communications (including in person consultations as is possible), will be billed at an hourly rate of $100, and included in Balance invoice.

OUTSIDE THE BOX
Some projects don't always fit into a box...and neither do I! I love to travel when possible, so if you have an unusual project that needs a custom approach including time in person for consultation or installation, please just indicate that when you submit your information!
